- Unified inbox and automated messaging features
2. Account Registration
- A registered account is required to access the full features of the Software
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared, rented, or sold to others
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Third-Party Platform Integrations
When connecting to third-party platforms such as YouTube through our Software:
- You must comply with the terms of service of each respective third-party platform
- You authorize us to perform publishing actions on your behalf, but you retain full responsibility for the content you publish
- You may revoke authorization for any connected platform at any time within the Software
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software to:
- Publish content that violates applicable laws or the terms of any connected platform
- Infringe on the intellectual property, portrait rights, or reputation of any third party
- Distribute spam, conduct fraud, or engage in deceptive marketing practices
- Disrupt, attack, or interfere with the normal operation of any third-party platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or redistribute the Software
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Payment and Refunds
- The Software offers a free trial period and paid subscription plans; current pricing is listed on our website
- Subscription fees are billed in advance per billing cycle and auto-renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if a critical feature defect cannot be resolved by our team
- No refunds are issued after 7 days or for accounts terminated due to policy violations
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property in the Software, including code, UI design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us
- Content you publish through the Software remains your property; we claim no rights over it
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Software without our written permission
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Software
- We are not liable for account bans, rate limiting, or API changes imposed by third-party platforms
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures or force majeure events
- Our maximum liability for direct damages caused by Software defects is limited to your most recent monthly subscription fee
8. Service Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with 30 days' prior notice
- We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email before taking effect. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
